The Green Carpet Fashion Awards is a year event that unites the power of fashion & entertainment to champion interconnected cultural change & the most inspiring efforts that drive it. In 2023, the awards moved to Los Angeles after originally being held in Italy in 2017.

As Design Director for the awards, I worked closely with the production team and Creative Director Stefan Beckham on the look and feel of the awards, plus design of all digital and print assets, such as an 18ft step and repeat in 2024, and an interactive moving digital carpet in 2023. I also worked on social campaign strategy, video edits of footage from the event and the creation of a mini-site. I also worked closely with the UN Secretary-General’s team to produce a video message and co-ordinate a digital campaign around it.

We chose the symbol of the Dandelion to represent the message of the awards; ‘Spreading the seeds of hope across the globe.”

Guests and honorees include Zendaya, Leonardo di Caprio, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, Brazillian Minister of Indigenous Peoples Sônia Guajajara, Donatella Versace, Jennifer Coolidge, Cate Blanchett, Tom Ford and Naomi Campbell, plus a host of young climate activists and speakers.
